Pricing for iT support is multi-tiered, depending on the level of expertise required and whether the work is done on-site or in the ZenithXen workshop.

ZenithXen iT support rates are as follows:

·        Standard iT Support – Routine workstation (PCs or laptops) repairs and maintenance - $60 per hour on-site or $45 per hour in the workshop (GST Inclusive)

·        Premium iT Support - Installing, configuring or maintaining network infrastructure devices such as servers, routers/switches and firewalls - $100 per hour on-site or $75 per hour in the workshop (GST Inclusive)

·        Expert iT Support – Consultancy and Project Management - $150 per hour on-site or $100 per hour in the workshop (GST Inclusive)
